Ordering & Purchasing:
If you are managing an interiors project of your own and need help with purchasing fabrics, lighting, flooring, sanitaryware, tiles, soft furnishings, wallpaper or accessories - The Pomegranate House has access to discounted designer pricing across an array of suppliers. We will do all the ordering and purchasing for you and pass on a large percentage of the saving. Everyone’s a winner!
We also offer half-day consultations. If you are struggling to finalise your schemes or just need a bit of a confidence boost, let us help to save you both time and money.
Project Management:
The Pomegranate House offers a comprehensive Project Management Service working initially as a link between you and your architect and then throughout the duration of your build or renovation. We act to coordinate contractors, services and trades with the aim of achieving a smooth execution of your project.
We will ensure that your vision is executed on time and within budget with a reassuring, discreet and professional hand to hold throughout
Spatial Design:
It can be a daunting prospect buying a house that requires ‘work’! Turning an existing house into a dream home can be a minefield but we are here to help. From early concept floor plan ideas, through to more detailed drawings. We can help you see your space as you would like it to become.
